Middle School; never have time to just to be me?
At
first, middle school may seem like a mysterious place full of strangers and
surprises. And I was also just as nervous about all of those things: what
to wear on the first day of school, what will everyone think of me? And I was
afraid I would make a huge mistake in my freshman year, class work would
be so much hardest, never have time to Hang out with friends, watching
movie, plays hide and seek with Pur and Aty, make cake with my
mother every weekend And If I have embarrassing school moments. Oops!!
This may seem scary because you’re now a small fish in a big pond, right?. But I believed everything will work out. So far, Middle school has been the best experience for me ever. On the first day, I was totally nervous, I got the class not knowing more than five people, and they weren't even my friends. I felt like it was a zoo! So many halls and classes, and I didn't know my way around!
Lucky!!! I
found my classmate and there were two of my good friends, which was
comforting. My teacher, who also turned out to be my English teacher made
everything really easy for everyone. She explained everything and answered any
and every question. Eventually, I made so many new friends in all my classes.
It was great. And one of my biggest recommendations...gets involved! Student
council, sports, clubs, everything and be excited! You'll have fun
like you did in elementary, and lots of new adventures. If you're having
difficulty adjusting, just remember:
That
everyone has had to go from elementary to middle school. You're not alone!
Go easy on yourself,
because lessons sometimes take a long time to learn, and there is no such thing
as happily ever after. Everyone has problems.
A Daily Schedule will help
you plan every part of your day. You'll be able to take control
of how you spend your time from one hour to the next. Even you will have
time to make cake with your mother every weekend.
Embarrassing
moments sometimes seem like they are THE END OF THE WORLD, but really,
everybody has them. Trust me, even if people are laughing, they know in the
back of their minds that they've done things similar if not the same. Sometimes
embarrassing moments help people to remember the good things about you.
